Eritrea - A Multicultural Society Proud of its Heritage
The Eritrean Community in Winnipeg recently celebrated 25 years as an organization. The community is committed to bringing together all Eritreans living in Manitoba, regardless of age, gender, creed or political beliefs.
We keep our community strong and healthy by organizing social events, encouraging participation in settlement activities, promoting cultural preservation, and providing emergency aid for the people of Eritrea when they are faced with natural disasters.
Our community can help Eritrean newcomers find:
- Information about activities in the Eritrean community
- Settlement services such as interpreters, employment assistance, housing assistance, help with citizenship tests and driver licensing
- Information about sponsorship for family members
